About Us

We (Martina Breyer and Lutz Raschke) acquired the Krahne Manor House in March 2016 and, within seven years, renovated a large part of the listed building in accordance with its preservation order.

Martina Breyer is an artist. Her studio and several gallery/exhibition spaces are located on the ground floor of the manor house.

How we started

When we inspected the old manor house at the end of 2015, it was, as you can imagine, in a completely different state after 10 years of vacancy.


Between 2016 and 2023, we painstakingly renovated the house in accordance with its listed building status.
